I represent my clients’ interests at all stages, in civil and administrative proceedings, both in pre-litigation and litigation (at all levels), as well as in enforcement proceedings. I also provide support in ongoing negotiations, including contract negotiations such as sales, service, works contracts, leasing, loans, agency, commission, transportation, and storage agreements.

I support and understand business – I advise individuals running businesses as well as civil, general partnerships, limited liability companies, and joint-stock companies. I also provide advice in the areas of labor law, commercial law, and corporate law. I help foreign entities enter the Polish market and provide ongoing services, also considering international aspects and the global nature of the client.

I also deal with comprehensive legal services related to real estate – lease, leasehold, easements, adverse possession, eviction cases, claims for defects in real estate, verification of real estate legal status, and the full service of real estate development projects (structuring optimal company structures, real estate due diligence, support in property acquisition, contracts with contractors, and concluding developer agreements).

I also advise on labor law matters, both for employers and employees (due diligence of enterprises in terms of compliance with applicable regulations) and represent clients in court disputes.

I offer consulting and representation services in tort claims, including personal injury, death, infringement of personal rights, and property damage caused by accidents (such as car accidents, workplace injuries, defective service performance, etc.).

Additionally, I specialize in immigration law, both on Polish territory and in cross-border matters – advising on how to legally delegate employees and subcontractors abroad for service provision, as well as, due to my experience in international entities, I provide guidance in other transnational matters.
